It’s Halloween, past 9pm in the evening and so far the number of trick-or-treaters that dropped by our apartment is, … ZERO.
Not even one shadow of a cutie ghost came to visit us. This is the second year that we bought treats for the kids but it’s so sad and a bit humiliating ( hahaha, it really is if you’ll ask me ) that nobody came. I shouldn’t have spent a penny for this Halloween event. The chocolates we bought should and would probably all be eaten by my sweet-toothed husband who likes chocolates so much that I can’t believe it.
Now anyway, where did all those children go? On regular days, I see them playing and hollering on the front lawn but not today nor tonight. Just when you needed them , they are nowhere to be found.
Anyways, kids or no kids around, Happy Halloween to all of you !!!

wonder where the kids went chari? hehe, sa sunvalley mall… may trick or treating kasi dun every halloween.. kahit kami dun nakiki trick or treat….

Here in the office we had a Halloween Party and about 20 kids came to go trick or treating.Jared opted to go to his Papa’s Halloween event since it was and always has been well funded compared to ours. Anyway we had a blast because employees really took time out decorate their stations. I was supposed to come in as a pregnant corpse but the pillow I put on my tummy looked so deformed that I decided to just dump the concept. Sad cause during the picture taking, I was the only “normal” being he he he.
Hi Jat, I did not know that Halloween is also celebrated there like they do here in the US. I wasn’t in the loop that much I guess when I was still there or maybe during my time, my previous job just don’t care for this event.
But I just cannot imagine you as a pregnant corpse hehehe…
Hi Sherry. Yes, I bet they all went somewhere else like Sunvalley Mall. I just didn’t think they’d all be heading elsewhere coz we have like fifteen kids in our apartment neighborhood alone. I thought at least I’d have like four of them knocking come nighttime so poor me prepared some candies but not even one came..
