		<description>Hi Khris, you have to download and print out the G325A form from the USCIS.gov under forms/fees. 

You and your fiance should each fill out your own G325A form. 

When you&#039;re done filling out your G325A Biographic Information, send it to your fiance here in the USA, along with all the other documents or requirements being asked from you by the USCIS because he needs to send them along with the petition. You and your fiance should go over the I129F instructions for all these other requirements. Just follow what&#039;s being asked of you and you will not go wrong.
