FC-029 Statement on Photocopies
Below is the FC-029 , a statement that I sent along with the I-129F paperwork to the USCIS. I don’t know if they still require this but if they do, feel free to copy this format. Just a note though, I didn’t have it notarized when I sent it in.
FC-029 STATEMENT ON PHOTOCOPIES
Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered original documents. I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date.

hi ms inah….
good day to you.i would like to know lang po some info. with regards on how to fill up for g325a form?
ksi nagsstart napo ang aking fiancee na mag file for fiancee petition and hindi po namin alam kung papaano at kung san magsstart. ang hirap po kasi ng madaming pinagtatanungan kasi mas lalong gumugulo ang information. thank you po and god bless.
Hi Khris, you have to download and print out the G325A form from the USCIS.gov under forms/fees.
You and your fiance should each fill out your own G325A form.
When you’re done filling out your G325A Biographic Information, send it to your fiance here in the USA, along with all the other documents or requirements being asked from you by the USCIS because he needs to send them along with the petition. You and your fiance should go over the I129F instructions for all these other requirements. Just follow what’s being asked of you and you will not go wrong.
Regards and good luck to both of you.
