Log on to your old friendster account , type in http://blogs.www.friendster.com/t/app/weblog?__lang=en
Click TYPELIST  and click on any typelist title example “Blogroll”

Click on ALL ITEMS and then click IMPORT/EXPORT

Go to EXPORT TO A FILE, right click the link “save link (or target) as “, save your file ..

Now you have to go to your new Friendster [...]
